this book is a great book but does have alot of cussing and intimate momentsso if you don't like skip but Narrators are great and bring the story to life from ACCENT to Feeling. Great storyline and you will enjoy it's a repeat listen.

Absolutely loved this book 📖. The narrators made me feel like I was living this story myself. The characters Ren and Lucas came alive in this reading of the book. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Loved it all. Realistic characters, realistic story- one of my first spicy novels to read and wow- I was impressed.

The book itself had a great story line but the narrators for this audible book ruined it. The female narrator did not speak naturally at all and made it hard to listen to with our mimicking the voice tone being used. The male narrator was OK but kind I have tone down on the “Cajun accent“. While we understand that these characters are southern it would’ve made the book sound better had they’re just been less accents. I ultimately got annoyed with the females voice and could no longer listen which caused me to end the book without finishing. Very disappointing to say the least.

I can’t say there was much of anything in this book worth liking. I’m nearly to the end of the book now and I’m pretty much over damn near every character. If you didn’t know about triggers of this book. Be very aware to talks about drug abuse, child abuse, and child death.

Look the whole my sister is not allowed to be sought after by my coworkers troupe can be good if written well. In this case I found the troupe very poorly written.

Let me be blunt. Ollie going into rehab and having his coworker Lucas pretend to be him and answer his sister’s texts is dumb enough, but she is clingy when it comes to her brother and pretty immature. The whole he is not answering me so I send him pictures of me and my girlfriends in bikinis to get Ollie to answer was sort of creepy. Then it gets worse when she shows up to the beer festival in an attempt to surprise her brother. She meets Lucas the next day and at first is crazy judgmental in her head about the past of Lucas and his ex wife’s relationship. She gets mad at Lucas for being a hunter and chastise him several times for hunting or practicing on a bow. Everything seems to revolve around her more and more through the book. She had to have organic everything and only veggies. She is very firm in her ways of wanting children and marriage which to me is fine but she falls in love/ lust with Lucas who doesn’t want children or a manage. He asks her to move in with him and leave Georgia and her business behind but when she asks him for kids and marriage for the future he refuses. It is almost as if both characters are so stuck in who they are that they enjoy the sex with each other but there is no compromise between them when it comes to what each character wants. I have an hour left in this book and I can’t force myself to listen to this any longer. Every character needs work on themselves. Will not read anything else from this author.

Skip this one there are better books out there.
