Written by New York Times bestselling authors Neil Gaiman and Michael Reaves with Mallory Reaves, The Silver Dream is a riveting sequel to InterWorld, full of bravery, loyalty, time and space travel, and the future of a young man who is more powerful than he realizes.

Dangerous times lie ahead, and if Joey Harker has any hope of saving InterWorld and the Altiverse, he's going to have to rely on his wits—and, just possibly, on the mysterious Time Agent Acacia Jones.

The voice acting was subpar for most of the book. The reader went overboard trying to portray an aloof teenage boy. The first book had a much better performance.

Dull monotone voice acting

Second book of the series missed the mark compared to the first book in a few ways.
The quick comic comments that were present in the first book were missing in the second
While the first book was action packed, the second went to such an extreme that made it harder to follow and more unbelievable that a character could endure so many events in such a short period of time.
As is the case in many series, a change of narrator did not do the story justice. While at times, the inflections and accents were dead on with the opening tale, there were too many times that the narrative sounded like a condescending 30 year old, rather than the 17 year old portrayed by the author. Hoping for better fare in the finale

Not as good as the first
