This book does nothing but state the obvious. I only made it through two and a half chapters, but suffice it to say, I learned nothing. Very poor writing with no real substance.

"Average information"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?I found the material typical and uninspired. The author's obvious agenda to set his personal record straight and get in some digs, irritated me.
