"It was awesome!!!"
I am 11 years old. I had to read this book for summer reading at my school. It really helped me understand the book as I read it. I made a 100, all 20 points on the AR test. I recommend it because it is a really good story.

"A Great first book!"
I don’t usually write reviews, but for this book I needed to make an exception!
I was a little put off at first as the book seemed to have started very slow, I stuck with it though and ended up not being able to stop listening. The character development is awesome you come to truly enjoy being with each character. And when the book ended I rushed to find the next one, only to find it won’t be released on Audio until the End of October. Simply but I thoroughly enjoyed this book and cant wait for the next one.1 of 1 people found this review helpful -

"Great Serries and Reader"
Would you consider the audio edition of The Demon King to be better than the print version?Yes
What did you like best about this story?The story moved, was interesting, inventive, and the author had a clear path.
What about Carol Monda’s performance did you like?In general I don't like woman readers, the usually don't have the voice dinamics to make all the characters believable. But Carol is the exception! I will look for other books read by her.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?No. Too long for one sitting.

Listening to stories as I drive to and from work is the best, making the drive a little more tolerable.

"Capturing story line!"
Would you listen to The Demon King again? Why?I did listen to it twice, it was riveting and gave me lots of enjoyment! I don't usually take the time to write reviews. But I have introduced these books to many of my friends and they have loved them too. So I have the audio and hard backs.
Who was your favorite character and why?Han because of his strength of character and wanting to do the right thing.

my wife and i are truck drivers and listen to a book every night we are driving, so that is about 11 hrs a day. :-)

"good book, but didn't like the narration"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?had a good story, just took a little wile to get into it and get my imagination changing the voices instead of the narrator
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Carol Monda?Stefan Rudnicki or some one of his capabilitys

"Good Story"
I almost stopped listening to this. I thought the narrator was OK. I was occasionally confused about who was speaking, seemed like men and old women sounded the same at times. I also thought the authors writing style was a bit too 'tell me' but it is a good story with likeable characters. Since I do want to know what happens I guess I'll be buying the next one.

What made the experience of listening to The Demon King the most enjoyable?I rarely write reviews, but I can't stop thinking about these books. The story line is excellent. The narrator is exceptional. I'm almost done with the 2nd book and can't stop listening!
