Nicolette Reed did a great job with this story! I found myself drawn in so much that I could not stop listening! I love a good action packed scene in the beginning and you sure do get one with this story. Nicolette Reed builds the scenes for you so well that you feel like you are walking with Valora (I am dying to find out what an ice fruit tastes like). Overall I feel that this is a great action adventure story with a compelling romance (added bonus sexy scenes!) and if this is your genre or even if it's not and you feel like giving something new a try, then you should check this story out.

Unbearable narrator

I do try to be kind about narrators, especially for new or new-to-me authors, but this one is unbearable …. no inflection, no emotion, no pauses, just reading like it was a chemistry text.

Narration is just aweful

The story was great but the narrators inflections and pauses are almost unbearable. For example "Damn it! Get down everyone" is read like "Damn it get down (pause) everyone". As much as I enjoyed the story, the narrator really ruined it. Not worth the credit, buy the $1.99 kindle instead.

Surprise Story

If you could sum up Fae Hunter in three words, what would they be?

I have a bad habit of putting off a book at times but once I started this story I couldn't stop listening to it. I love the relationships and friendships made in this story and the action was good. At first I thought ok how is this going to work but I have to say it turned out to be an exciting and leaving you want more story. I do look forward to the next one. I do recommend it to others.

What made the experience of listening to Fae Hunter the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the unknown! The story was different than any other Fae book I've read. So it was a mystery.
