I began listening to this guided meditation every night before beginning treatment for lung cancer. It worked! The surgery and follow up chemo were not as bad as I thought they would be.

Ted Benton, staff hypnotherapist at a hospital outside of Boston, has produced another terrific audiobook. I purchased this audiobook on cancer and self-hypnosis for a close friend who has level three cancer. Her response has been awesome! She attributes her high level of motivation in responding to her illness to this powerful brief audiobook! Her doctors are very pleased with her progress and how she is handling the chemotherapy and radiation. She listens to the tape before every treatment. Ted Benton has written another wonderful self-help book.
