As Funny As Before!!!!
I do like that there isn't much repeat of environment in this series, this one was finally based in the one of the 3 kingdoms and the way of life there is very interesting.
Brandon Sanderson shows how funny he can get in this series, and I do love those breaks between each chapter, they are really funny. and its ending is always funny.
You get to see how special and strong Alcatraz is in this book. and also what authority he has in these kingdoms.
Really enjoyed and laughed a lot.. beware food and drinks while listening to it.

Amazing and captivating. Will listen many times.
He is a master of thought provoking humor and story weaving. We listened as a family and loved it! The narrator was a perfect choice as well. The voices were excellent and convincing.

The Wacky Adventure Continues! Such Fun Series!
Being a shorter series (5-7hr books) wait until these go on sale. I'm glad I decided to give this series a shot when it hit the Audible $4-$5 sale. I have been listening to this series with my 17 year old son but I really think it's good for any age. I love the wacky humor and narrative biography style, it's a fun combo and very entertaining.
The narrator does a fantastic job and really made it even more fun to listen to.

The Narrator's Talent is Amazing
I actually can't imagine reading the physical book because the narration is so good. When you combine that with Sanderson's writing ability, you really have something. I love Sanderson books because they are so imaginative. But the humor in this story is also a special brand of humor that I adore: deep thoughts cleverly disguised in the hilariously absurd. If you just want entertainment, you will be thoroughly entertained. If you want to go deeper... I'm always stunned by how much thought and planning Sanderson puts into his books. He's maybe the only living author I know of who can write an entertaining story that is also a meaningful story.
