"Ninety-five days, and then I'll be safe. I wonder whether the procedure will hurt. I want to get it over with. It's hard to be patient. It's hard not to be afraid while I'm still uncured, though so far the deliria hasn't touched me yet. Still, I worry. They say that in the old days, love drove people to madness. The deadliest of all deadly things: It kills you both when you have it and when you don't."
Lauren Oliver astonished readers with her stunning debut, Before I Fall. In a starred review, Publishers Weekly called it "raw, emotional, and, at times, beautiful. An end as brave as it is heartbreaking." Her much-awaited second novel fulfills her promise as an exceptionally talented and versatile writer.
Also included is a sneak listen to the first chapter of the next book in the series. Enjoy!

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I feel out of place with this review, but as a fan of YA I really couldn't stand this book. I quite liked Before I Fall, but this story dragged and the prose was totally overwrought. Sarah Drew did the best she could with it but I just found myself rolling my eyes and having to turn it off. I could only listen to this in short bits. Does every observation by the protagonist have to be so dramatic? There were many parts of Before I Fall that were overwrought as well so maybe I am just having trouble with Lauren Oliver.Would you be willing to try another book from Lauren Oliver? Why or why not?
Yes, but not in this series.Would you be willing to try another one of Sarah Drew’s performances?
Probably. Was Delirium worth the listening time?
No.I hate to be a downer, but...

What did you like best about this story?
I really liked the story line. It takes place in the future and the author made it seem very believable.Have you listened to any of Sarah Drew’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I haven't heard her before but I thought she did a great job.Any additional comments?
I kept seeing this book but thought it would be a let down since I am not a teenager (for quite a while now). I enjoyed the Hunger Games and I decided to purchase this book since I read the reviews. I was thrilled and didn't want it to end.Pleasantly surprised

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Best book I've read in a while. Every time I thought I had it figured out... There was a twist in the plot that I didn't see coming.Amazing

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yeah I would, but this book probably won't appeal to everyone. I liked Anthem in highschool, and this is similiar in context.Who was your favorite character and why?
I don't just have one. I loved the dynamic between the main characters Lena, Alex and Hanna.Which scene was your favorite?
I had a couple, first when Lena breaks the rules for the first time and goes to the illegal music concert and is freaked out by boys and girls being in public together. Next Lena meeting up with Alex on the beach where Lena becomes happy and carefree.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Yes when Alex says " I love you" to Lena.Any additional comments?
I just moved on to the second book and I am hoping for a certain character to magically show up....keeping my fingers crossed.Has an Anthem / Gattaca feel
