"Get it. I mean its even Free!"
Get it and listen for yourself. Its free and worth the short story that you can listen to on the commute home in one day. Really, just get it.
"Short and Positive"
Very nice. It was short, had some good tips, and was very upbeat. A perfect 30 minute (I'm rounding. It was about 26+ minutes) filler while I worked.
"great tips - great narrator .."
Great tips and given concisely in a direct and uncomplicated narration. I've always loved British accents and this narrator does a really good job. I assume his is the real thing.
Yes - I would suggest this book for the short listen and positive message.

"Worth the money"
Yeah, I know it's free, and it's worth every penny. This is basically an advertisement for the author's other audio books. I'll admit there are a couple of helpful tips, but the narrators speak so quickly that I had to slow down the playback speed because their pace made me feel anxious. Though normally I feel quite the opposite, in this case I found the narrator's British accents to be very annoying. Good premise, badly executed.
"Interesting"
I had to start it over a few times, but it was worth it!
Great tips.
"Inspiring"
there are may different stories of achieving more in life in this brief audiobook. I enjoyed it and have listed to it several times.
"great free listen"
quick, enjoyable, uplifting
This was a quick free self-help sampler; I can suggest no improvements.
I liked the fast-paced, dynamic narration.
The quick suggestions on how to improve many areas of life, without going into much detail, were fun to listen to as reminders of many self-help ideas circulating out there. This is like an intro to self-development audio learning. It might serve its purpose by helping a person choose what area of self-development to focus on.
36 year old father of 3 boys. I was diagnosed with MS in 2009. I served in The United States Marines for four years. I believe that the only way to beat MS is to educate yourself about the disease but most importantly, educate yourself about being a more positive person.
"Quick and Educational"
I hate reading so yes I would consider the audio edition better.
It is hard to compare since it is not so much a book as it is an interview. They give some suggestions of books to listen to so I will check them out.
The upbeat motivating tone.
This is a quick listen with a lot of great advice. I have more notes from this 26 min book than some 2 hour long books.
"I only listened to the first chapter"
I would say that listening to this book was time well spent. The narrator spoke very clearly.
"immensely helpful"
i especially appreciated the list of recommended authors and have already begun researching them further.
