Just the Sexiest Man Alive

I wouldn't say this is the best book I've listened to, but it was cute and funny. I think the character development was good and the story was well written, but it just didn't have the WOW factor of novels by the greats like Susan Elizabeth Phillips or Nora Roberts. But I will definitely try future novels by Ms. James. I think she has the potential to evolve her craft into something really special. NOT a waste of a credit. Narration was good as well.

This was a sweet romance. Yes it was a bit predictable, however it was charming. It is not as cleverly written as Molly Harper or Janet Evanovich but it did have a few places that made me laugh. All in all it was a fun romance story, if your looking for something without a lot of sex or offensive language I would recommend it!

It's not that deep, but it was light, entertaining and less cheesy than most chick lit. The male character was a little one-note, but the female lead was sarcastic and kind of funny.

I found the narrator a little irritating in the beginning, but got used to her and thought she relaxed as the story went on. Generally enjoyable!

This was an enjoyable romance with a lot of funny moments. I wasn't super crazy about the main guy - he was a spoiled Hollywood star and was almost too spoiled to be likable, but I loved the main girl; she was smart, hilarious and didn't take any crap from the guy. I'd recommend the book if you want something light and funny. I also really liked the narrator. This is the first time I've listened to a book read by her and I'd definitely listen to another one.

Julie's characters are believable, her dialogue witty and fun.

Please make ALL her books available as audiobooks.

The start was a little slow but once the story picked up, it is super fun. The main characters have a lot of chemistry, the story is interesting enough, and enjoyable. I liked it and enjoyed the hook up scenes. Super fun. Perfect for unwinding after a LONG week. This is beach read worthy!

I've been enjoying all of Julie James' FBI/US Attorney books, and thought I'd give this singlet a chance. It did not disappoint. The chemistry/banter/charm/humor between Jason and Taylor was adorable. I found myself totally enjoying this book. I walked away refreshed. It was just one of those uplifting fun books.

The Story was cute...but character development was lacking

The thought that a super star actor has the same thoughts and insecurities as we do......but for me the draw of a super star fantasy has never done it for me

Julie James first in her FBI series Something About You. Funny dialog and strong female lead with an even stronger male lead.

This was the first one I listened to but have now heard Something About You. Waiting for next credit so I can download A Lot Like Love.

I really enjoy reading but can't read all the time. With audiobooks I can still enjoy my favorite stories and get my work done.

I love Julie James books. This is a funny , great book!!!! This book has Action and Romance in. The book has got a great story line.
