Excellent Narration!

On to the next one. This series saved me from poorly thought out stories and is cleansing my palate for 2015 .

Best in this series

Sometimes books in a series are never as good as the first one, but I thoroughly enjoyed "Queste". I think this is the best so far.

I was sorry to come to the end.

I enjoyed this book as much as the first, at times it gets confusing because there are soo many characters it's hard to keep up with each one and what their goals are. I do like that at the end they go over most of the main characters and tell you kind of what is going on with them and it kind of gives you an idea of where that they will be doing in the next book.

Great Reading & Listening Adventure

What was one of the most memorable moments of Queste?

In the place where all time converges. I thought it was interesting how problems were solved, creative as always. I also could picture Neeko getting anxious and possibly making a hasty decision. It was also how the story converged at this point

Any additional comments?

The books in this series keep getting better. The kids all gain a more mature perspective, as if they too are growing up; and the character development keeps getting richer. Love it

Very enjoyable & had me glued to my headphones

This is the 4th novel in the series and I tell you I am truly enjoying myself. The story is so interesting that at times, I can't put my audio book down and listen late at night when I should be in bed. I highly recommend this series for anyone who is interested in Magical Fantasy storylines.

Queste

I think that this book is very interesting and adventurous because it is very active in its story and doesn't dordle in the beggining.
If you like adventure and fantasy then you will probably love this book.
So please try this book if you think it sounds good, and don't just sit around thinking "it's to expensive, it's to expensive, it's to expensive'.

Patience

This continuation chapter of the Heap Tale demands attention, but, be patient; the first third of the book does not seem to have anything to do with the title. Readers must keep track of the large cast of characters and their parallel stories. Eventually there will be a quest, although I would not call it riveting; it is more comedic, without the laughs,

Continues to fascinate and surprise

Good narration which furnishes the imagination easily to transport the listener. This fast paced installment refocuses settings and antagonists while picking up where the heroes left off. In the genre, the Heap Saga is unique and well written magic based fantasy

Listening to it over and over again

I bought the Septimus Heap audiobooks (4 of them so far) for son (age 5). And as always I listen to them first to make sure they aren't too scary for him (they're not). And this time I find MYSELF listening to them over and over again. LOL Every time I get to the end of Queste, I don't want to stop listening, so I just start at the beginning again! Gerhard Doyle is a wonderful narrator and the books are beautifully written, especially for those who like dreaming about life in a land with wizards and dragons. The characters are very real and again Gerhard Doyle does amazing voices for them. I love the EOW :-)
