What did you like best about The Zombie Autopsies? What did you like least?
The best thing about this book was the narrator's valiant attempt to turn this dry material into something emotional. It was a good performance of average material. How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
The story is way too short and if you come to this after reading Max Brooks' World War Z, you'll be disappointed by the lack of differing perspectives on the zombie crisis.Any additional comments?
Pass this one by. I bought it because the author had a good interview on the Monster Talk podcast, but his description of the book was more interesting than the reality of it.Disappointing Zombie Fare

A very good premise for a zombie story

Rather than a voodoo spell that raises people from their graves, or the slow and shambling monsters that have been the most prominent in today’s undead media, this book plays on the idea that there is a scientific explanation and (far-fetched) possibility to how humans could biologically become what we perceive as zombies.
Short, easy, and fun to entertain some of the concepts. Not the best story, but worth a read if you are into the fantastical HOW’s and WHY’s of an “infected” epidemic. I enjoyed and would recommend!!
