"The 11 yr old at our house loves this series"
While it's only 2 hours long, it can be listened to over and over by fans of Jeff Kinney and I'm sure that will happen at our house where Wimpy Kid books and movies rule!

"Another solid performance by de Ocampo"
Would you listen to Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever again? Why?Yes, I would; and have. My kids would listen to this book as many times as I would let them. Jeff Kinney writes another hilarious book about the modern day kid. All of the main characters, Rodrick, Greg, Fregli, and the rest, are back to their mischevious ways.
Who was your favorite character and why?The main character, Greg Hoeffli, of course.
Which scene was your favorite?No scene was any more favorable than another, that I remember.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?Yes
Any additional comments?Ramon de Ocampo does another wonderful job of narrating a book much like the other ones in the series. The actions of the kids in the book may not illustrate the best example for our kids, but they sure do seem to illustrate todays kids pretty well. I think that is what makes them popular; because they have an element of truth... sad but true.

"Not educational"
Would you try another book from Jeff Kinney and/or Ramon de Ocampo?yes
Who was your favorite character and why?This was for my children.
How could the performance have been better?I was hoping my children could read along with the story. But not so.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?Disappointment because it was ONLY an audible book.
Any additional comments?I will not purchase an audible book again.

"My Son Loves These Books"
Any additional comments?We have been snowed in for the last couple of weeks and also hit by the flu season. These books have kept my 9 and 12 year old boys huddled in the blankets for days. They love this series and highly recommends them! But my 9 year old says "Don't do what Greg does, if you know whats good for you".

"Dairy of a brat"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?I bout this book for my 8 year old and she loves it. I on the other hand think it's just the ramblings of a badly behaved little boy. maybe it's just me but a lot of the things he gets up to are just sad and the way he talks about his parents is so disrespectful. That being said, there are far worse things a child could listen to but I doubt I'll be buying anymore of them anytime soon.
Would you be willing to try another book from Jeff Kinney? Why or why not?No. I think the kid is a bad influence.

"Kept the kids entertained for a long car ride"
If you could sum up Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever in three words, what would they be?I have an 8 year-old and an 11 year-old who were thoroughly entertained by the narration of this book during a long car ride.
Which scene was your favorite?The "power outage" - Manny in his room with the heater and food.

"Perfect for my children."
Would you listen to Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever again? Why?My kids loved listening to this while in the car. It even kept them from killing each other when the ride was extra long. It was also delivered in small digestible chunks. Just what a kid needs.
