"Worth listening to"
The story is well done and pulls you through the "reading". I've listened to later Cornwell books and didn't know the history of early interactions between Scarpetta and Benson.
She needs to be reading all of the Cornwell books. Later narrators are not as good. However, her performance of Marino's voice got a bit grating towards the end.
"King slight improvement over Critt, but not much"
Nothing. Narrator is like listening to seals being clubbed, but slower and with louder breathes.
Kate [forget last name] who narrates the later books. Wish they had used her from the beginning.
