"Dee Henderson Never Disappoints"
Dee Henderson still proves that she can write a great suspense novel and also show God's love, too. "The Witness" proves that. I will pick up and read anything that she writes anytime. I read her novels like many read John Grishom. Dee Henderson can pack a punch with the best of suspense authors and still show love and compassion. I hope to read more of her books for many years to come!
"Not Dee's Best"
I love Dee Henderson, I have purchased all of her books except for two. This is not one of Dee best, both her O'Malloy and Uncommon Hero's series was excellent however this book was not very entertaining. It had slow plot development and it was just not good. In fact I did not even finish the book. Purchase at your own risk.
"This is great"

"Big Snooze"
Narrator, story was long drawn out boring and predictable.
unsure
The writer seemed to struggle with the telling of this story, it lacked creativity and intrigue. It seemed she just threw some flighty ideas together to make the story longer. And the narrator seemed disconnected from the story....even lost at times. I think she could have taken more time with this one....or at least shelved it until she had more inspiration to write a story of worth and substance.
It took me weeks and weeks to finish, my reaction was dread.
There are other stories by this writer that are better in my opinion, I'd skip this one and look up some others.
"Awesome Book - difficult to listen to"
The book is great ... the only problem is that it's difficult to listen to Lynn Brooks, the narrator - she pauses in really unusual places in her sentences - apparently commas and other punctuation mean nothing to her. It makes it very choppy. The book I give 5 stars, the narration only about 1 1/2.
"avid reader"
There is nothing worse than getting yourself all hyped up for a great edgy mystery/murder novel, then have religion thrown in your face every other page. The Author wasn't interested in pulling the reader in by it's mystery of the plot, she seemed to want to teach me about LOVE & GOD. Thanks but er..... i won't ever be giving this author a second look again. I want my money back!!!!
