"too drawn out"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?the storyline is good but just way too drawn out. had to skip some chapters because it was just too boring on the internal conflict of Kila. Seriously, I was starting to not even like her anymore. i usually enjoy re-listening to my audiobooks but not this one.

"train wreck, just can't turn away."
Any additional comments?this book was a total bummer. It had potential to be a great romance, but the fact it was written mid 1980's really dragged the story down. Perhaps if I were older and not raised with so much technology all around me, then i would enjoy reading about a time when we didn't have all these gadgets in our lives. other than that, the story is good, but you just want to stop reading because the characters are so foolish. playing cat and mouse with a slightly psychologically abusive edge. I think if the release date/ copyright had been more accurate i wouldn't have purchased the book.
