"easy listening"
The book and the narrator did a good job. It is a young readers book but it was a good escape for me to listen to on my way to and from work. The series is comfortable and I will listen to one in between heavier listening books.

"Captivating!"
If you could sum up The Battle for Skandia in three words, what would they be?Thrill a minute.
Who was your favorite character and why?Erak. Because he had great heart and could see the benefit of the diffences of others.
Which scene was your favorite?The ending.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?A tale of two cultures learning together.

"Great Youth Read"
John Flannagan puts together a wonderful world of adventure with characters you care about and challenges that require unique strengths. Similar to Harry Potter only in that you get to watch the heros and heroines grow from children into adults to be proud of. I reccommend it for anyone.
