Lots of women put their careers aside once the kids come along. Kate Connor, for instance, hasn't hunted a demon in ages. "Carpe Demon"
If you could sum up Carpe Demon in three words, what would they be?Great Fun!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Carpe Demon?I was hooked listening to 'the dead body' being hidden in the pantry while hubby made breakfast.
What does Laura Hicks bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?The dealing with death was presented well. It showed that growth development even undesired was needed. There seemed to be a 'tearful' kind of happiness with mergence of past, present and future. The narrator's voice gave this a good view.
Any additional comments?I wish Audible had the entire series.
