"Eddie makes a likable hero, and fans will enjoy following him through this surprisingly complex mystery." (Publishers Weekly)
"Mr Green keeps up the pace and great characters"
Just keeps on getting better with one adventure after another, great cast in this one
Who wouldn't like Eddie but Walker was on the money also
True when they change readers you never know, but Mr Langdon did a great job.We Look forward to listening to him again
Sorry we are truck drivers and listen on the road. Time won't let us do one long listen. As soon as we can we get back to the story
We are looking forward to the next one. Dennis

"nightside meets the secret"
Yes the voices are so exciting and brings the characters to life.
I cant compare it to any other book. The series is a one of a kind.
Loved it. He throws himself into the story
I would not want to make it into a movie. Movies are great but imagination is better.
He should narrate all the Simon green syfy series.
"confused"
Great book but how did strange go from male to female and now eddie calls him/her ethel after refusing to in the previous books.
"An Average Listen"
I love a lot of Simon Green's work. This one is a little contrived, however. Eddie Drood is thrown into this game, but it's not save the world kind of stuff that Droods are known for. It's an OK listen, but not Green's best. Langdon does his usual good job at narration.
"New Narrator Review"
I think they try hard to find similar narrator but I still think this one is duller. I prefer the old narrator even if it's just because you get used to it after 2 books.
"THE SPY WHO HAUNTED ME"
WELL WE GO SCREWED ON THE THIRD BOOK. THE FIRST TWO BOOKS WERE GREAT. THE NARRATION WAS BY STUART BLINDER AND WAS INTENSE AND RIVETING AS WELL. NOW THE POWERS TO BE HAVE CHANGED TO JAMES LANGTON. HE IS DULL AND HARD TO FOLLOW. ITS LIKE TRYING TO GET IN TO A BAD BOOK. I WISH I COULD TELL YOU ABOUT THE BOOK ITSELF, BUT DIDNT FINISH THE BOOK
