Now, with Life on the Other Side, she goes even further, attending to our most pressing questions and quelling our deepest fears about death. Like a "psychic travel agent", Sylvia answers our five basic questions: "How do I get there?"; "What does it look like?"; "What are the 'local' like?"; "What is there to do?"; and "How exactly do I get back?"
She also looks over her lifelong career as a psychic, using past experiences to illustrate her findings about "the other side". And now, for the very first time, we're led on an adventure of the spirit to see an unprecedented view of a peaceful place where our departed loved ones, and the next leg of our exciting journey, are patiently awaiting us.

"A well written and entertaining cultural bellwether." (Publishers Weekly)
"Wonderful"
ThiS was very well written. I always enjoy any thing Ms Brown delivers. Excellent book. Very interesting.
"Life on the Other Side"
I think the title is misleading to start. There's not so much about thre other side. Spent most of the time reading more about Sylvia's experience than anything you'd expect to read.
I'd have given more information about the other side.
Most of what was in this book has been covered in her other books. Just a repeat of information, not much new.
No!
I've quite a collection of Sylvia Browne books and I keep buying looking for something new, but it's not there. I think it's a lesson learned, finally.
"Be Willing to Suspend your Disbelief"
I'm usually not one to read this type of book, but when audible had it on their sale list and I was desperate for something to listen to, I decided to give it a try. Full disclosure, I am very skeptical of psychics/mediums, etc, but I do find some of the stories of communicating with the dead to be fascinating, so I thought this book might be entertaining. The beginning of the book was rather interesting. The author begins by explaining how she has always been able to see spirits and that she has a relationship with a spirit guide, who helps her to understand the spirit world. Far fetched, but still interesting. However, when she moves away from this topic that is when she loses me...COMPLETELY. The main point of this book is to describe to the reader what the other side (heaven) looks like and what life is like there. She goes into great detail and all I can say is - she has a vivid imagination. She's either a charlatan or a nut. Either way, she's made a fortune.
I have always loved to read and just discovered Aubible which I am also loving.
"Ahhh Sylvia"
No one else could have narrated this book. Perfect. I did give it a 3 star review though. Only because it felt like I was getting a repeat performance. I had already read the same stuff in her previous books. That was a bit disappointing.

This was a easy, entertaining read. I liked this book and would recommend it.
Her descriptions of Heaven and what we can expect
She is a very good story teller, like sitting and listening to a friend.
I wish she would have gone into more detail about certain parts of Heaven....maybe I would enjoy hearing more?
"Very Engaging"
Great Audiobook, I love it ! I find Sylvia Browne very engaging in this program and look forward to listening to more of her work.
"I Love Sylvia Browne!"
What a trip (literally) this book is! It's hard to wrap your mind around what heaven looks like but 1000's of people, Sylvia and Francine (her spirit guide) can't all be wrong. Thanks Sylvia once again for a wonderful book!
"A good book"
This book is abridged. I read the hardback and would have liked it even more if there was an unabridged version. This was very good however for most people to get the overall picture with a good number of details too. Sylvia did a good job narrating this I thought too.
