"Uplifting"
At first I found myself "turning out" as I listened - the reading is rather monotone - and I'm fairly sceptical of the type of idea expressed in the book. Surprisingly I found myself listening over and over (perhaps to catch the bits I'd missed!) and each time I felt I'd learned something new. The book opened up an entirely new way of looking at life: everything is energy, including your thoughts, so you need to pay attention to what you think about. There are some ideas in the book I still don't "get" and would like to discuss with the author, but overall the challenging ideas are expressed in a fairly down-to-earth fashion. I find listening to the reading gives me a feeling of confidence to deal with things and a framework for understanding and working with others. Perhaps this is why I keep going back to it. I feel profoundly grateful to the author and hope she writes a sequel.
"Confusing"
A very interesting subject presented in a confusing manner. I found it extremely dificult to stay focused and understand what was said in the audiobook.
I enjoy audio books and blogging.
"Excellent lesson about understanding energy."
The narrator's tone.
The narrator exudes confidence about the topic.
Enthusiasm.
I already started to focus on the positive as a way to expand positive energy.
Theory of the existence of good and evil was surprisingly helpful. Although not the focus of this book, it provided me a very fresh perspective. It's nice to hear something new.
