"Excellent Book with lots of action!"
I just finished listening to this book, and wow! If you love gangster/mob type movies and/or books--then get this one. Ezra did a wonderful job nnarratoring this book. Since I love courtroom dramas, this book was excellent as it takes place in a courtroom, but flashes back to other events that happened. Ready to read the sequel.

"Waiting for more"
Never thought that I would be cheering for the likes of "Dutch and everything he represented. Loved his strength, his psych, and every person he represented in the hood. Soooo tangible....so real!

"Good story about the streets"
So, I have just read Teri Wood's "True to the Game" and was completely swept up. I decided to try out "Dutch" because it was on sale. I'm glad I did. I thought he story was interesting and gritty, the characters ruthless and raw. I did not like this book as much as "True to the Game" or "White Lines" (both beginning trilogy books about hustling on the streets) but I would definitely recommend. I also have a strong suspicion that this will be one of those trilogies where each one gets better and better. There's a lot of room left for character growth and development and plot twists and turns. I am sure Ms. Woods will deliver. check this out.

"It was ok"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?I wouldn't go as far to say time well spent but it held my interest for the most part.
Has Dutch turned you off from other books in this genre?No, not at all. I'm not really in a rush to read the second and third parts, but I will out of curiosity.
What does Ezra Knight bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?He did a wonderful job giving the story life and distinguishing the characters.
Could you see Dutch being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?Maybe a series. It would need a lot of development. I see what the author was goin for, but the story lagged at times.

"Horrible"
I got this book because everyone was talking about how good this book was. Im so sorry I wasted my credit on this book. It was worst than horrible. I deleted it from my library on my iphone. Its no need to waste my space with this awful mess!!
