I am a 49 year old, mother of 2, grandmother of 4 who has just decided to peel back my good girl, and let me bad girl out to play. I've been married for 26 years. It time to explore my inner bad girl. I just hope my husband can handle it.

"MY OTHER FAMILY"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?YES, BECAUSE I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW MY OTHER FAMILY. THESE MEN ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD.

"Don't bother"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?Maybe a teenager for the storyline but it was too sexual for a young teen.
What could Brenda Jackson have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?I just make a bad decision to purchase this book. Some that like this type book may find it okay.

What character would you cut from A Little Dare?Boring and predictable. Too much boring sex.

"Could not finish"
I could not finish this listen for a few reasons. One by chapter 4 it was already so predictable that I did not care anymore & the narrotor while good had such a strong accent "southern draw" on the main characters that I just could not take it anymore.

"Just Egh"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?It wasn't for me. I enjoy a story with a bit more character development. This story was someone looking for a little light reading. I found my mind drifting.
Would you ever listen to anything by Brenda Jackson again?I don't know. This just isn't my type of story.
Would you be willing to try another one of Madison Vaughn’s performances?I would give her another try. She didn't have a whole lot to work with. And even though a worman was reading somehow the character of Dare was the strongest.
What character would you cut from A Little Dare?I don't know if I would cut a particular character. It just needed a stronger story and the characters it did have more fleshed out.
Any additional comments?This book was on my wish list for almost a year. And I just never managed to get it using one of my Credits. Well, when I saw it on the $4.95 Special, I thought I was in luck...I'm just glad I spent only $4.95 for it. I don't feel so bad.

"It was on sale!!!!"
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?No. The story was very predictable. Once you have read the publisher’s summary, then you have read the entire book.

"Should have paid attention"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?No. This was $4.95 special purchase, but I should have paid attention to the narrator. Brenda Jackson is ok, but the narrator, Madison Vaughn, is so awful, it's painful to listen to her. I speeded up the pace, which helped, but the delivery is too stagey, with too many breathey, emotional pauses. Very irritating.
Would you be willing to try another book from Brenda Jackson? Why or why not?Yes, if the narrator was different.
How could the performance have been better?A totally different narrator.
