"Skip it"
It was dull drivel. Sorry, I deleted it because I couldn't find a single character I cared about. When I was rooting for Anna to get caught in her web of lies, left by her lover and dumped by her girlfriends I realized that this book was a waste of time. Vapid and dull. Quite a combo.
"Loved it"
I keep looking out for more audio books by this author. I thought this book was hilarious. The main character was totally realistic and I loved all the scenes at the office with the "boys." Caro, the best friend is oh so how it really is...we've all have one like her. Same goes for the boyfriend...unfortunately. Nice book.
"It is not your traditional romance its better!"
You fall in love with the main character right away, she does things that make you cringe, and laugh out loud. She reminds us of the crazy things a women would do in the name of love. I thought this was a funny book and I LOVED it. In my opinions it is not your traditional romance its better!
"Fun read"
This was a good story. I'd read this author again.
"Don't waste your time on this one!"
Even the most experienced narrator cannot help when the story sucks: Way too long, unrealistic (even for a romantic novel) and a quickly written end. Would in no way recommend it.
"There are probably better books"
This book seemed to drag on and on, and only got mildly interesting (to me anyway) toward the end. I found myself pulling for the main character, but knew what would happen as it because apparent, toward the end. I think my money could have been better spent on a different title.
"Great commuting book"
I have a two hours' drive each way to and from work, and this book made the time speed by (unlike the traffic).
"Very "English" in its humor"
The book probably could be written with half the words, repetitively described situations. Very British in the style of writing and settings. Not a favorite of mine.
"Not one of the better books I've had"
The lack of interesting characters and a long winded story line made this one of my not so favorable listens. However I liked the way author portrayed the main character,I found it rather intriguing, and that was what kept me listening.
