Imagine finding yourself sitting next to a self-made millionaire for eight hours on a long-haul international flight. Imagine that person was prepared to share with you the secrets of their success. For one lucky person this actually happened. Inspired by a true story, Millionaire Upgrade is the tale of one very experienced entrepreneur and one very lucky passenger.
The story unfolds mid-air at 35,000 feet as Michael, the savvy self-made millionaire, shares his wisdom, eight-step approach, and magic ingredients for success with Tom, the aspiring entrepreneur. Their mid-air conversation contains all the secrets and practical insight you need to help you make your first million. It shows how you can turn your strengths and passions into an exciting, rewarding, and challenging enterprise.
Better than any in-flight movie, Millionaire Upgrade gets you inside the minds of successful entrepreneurs and self-made millionaires giving you the inside track on how they think and act.

"It took me a long time to learn this stuff; I wish I'd been on that plane 30 years ago!" (Simon Woodroffe, YO! Sushi & Dragons' Den)
"Millionaire Upgrade captures the essence of what it takes to be successful in anything you choose to do. The rules of success are timeless and simply explained so you can apply them in your own business or personal life." (BJ Cunningham, founder of Death Cigarettes)
"In Millionaire MBA, Richard decoded entrepreneurs and unpicked their millionaire mindset. With Millionaire Upgrade, he has put it all back together again through IBELIEVE and a compelling story. Very clever and a must read for any budding entrepreneur!" (Rene Carayol, Leadership Guru)
"It takes a certain mindset to succeed in creating your own business. This book spells out how you need to think and act to succeed, whether you are an entrepreneur or a professional manager. It's a great read too." (Matthew Barrett, Chairman, Barclays Bank)
"A complementary book for the Millionaire series"
First, I'd like to point out that I own the whole Millionaire MBA series, listened to it numerous times (and still doing so) and I really believe this series is an absolute MUST have for very serious entrepreneurs. Mastering concepts and ideas shared in the series is a long-term journey but having this knowledge and in-the-field-proven-experiences at hand, wow! what better can you ask for?
Mmm, maybe something to wrap it all up in a concise, yet full of pratical infos format. And this is where I would place Millionaire Upgrade into the picture. If I had to compare the Millionaire MBA series to bricks or building blocks, then the Millionaire Upgrade would be the mortar that holds it tight and fill the joints.
It's produced in a storytelling genre (very well told, by the way) and based on a true event. I felt that the IBELIEVE concept presented in the book is full enough of ideas to give you food for thoughts for some times.
But my take on this is that if you go for the "Upgrade", then seriously consider the whole series. They address somewhat different needs, I guess, but to me, full benefits would come from them being studied together.
"Good story with substance."
The story is a great way to intorduce the ideas behind how a millionaire thinks. It gave me a lot of food for thought and led me to the Millionaire MBA- a program I had never heard of before. I would highly recommend this audio presentation.
"Upsell, but awesome."
This is just a freebie to get you to buy the Millionaire MBA... and it works. :)
A good look into the basic success principles. Even if you're quite into personal development, one or two of the "secrets" may be new to you.
It's free. Get it.
I'll get the Millionaire MBA next. :)

"Great Freebie"
I wasn't sure what to expect with this free download. It is an introduction to the Millionaire MBA series, and well worth the listen. I think it demonstrates that we are all just an inspiration away from creating the life of our dreams, and the importance of staying aware for those clues to success. I've not subscribed to the Millionaire MBA series, but will try at least one. I really enjoy the perspective this takes from a Brit's point of view, rather than an American's.
"Excellent Real Life Application"
This book tells a tale compiled from many real world experiences and as such delivers the message with impact and believability. The summation of volumes of ideas, boiled down to their essence, whets the appetite and definitely quickens the entrepreneurial spirit. If you enjoy Patrick Lencioni's work you might like this, too.
"Interesting & rings true"
I enjoyed this book, which I got as a freebie. It provided an interesting overview of how entrepreneurs think, act and work. It confirmed my own experience of how differently one must think when they no longer work for a boss.
If you are considering entrepreneurship, I would recommend this book. The author lays out many discussion points, places to spark your thinking and ends suggesting you pay more for a Millionaire course.
I have not read any more of the series but I thought this was an excellent starting point for those beginning in business ownership. As a free book, it was actually pretty good.
"Not Bad"
No amazing information here, just motivational stuff. It has some good points and a good review. I listened and would recommend. I think i will go back and take a few notes. Again, I didn't learn any thing major, But it was a really good review to reenergize my ambitions.
"Great story approach"
If you enjoy exploring ideas in the form of a story this is a great read. I find the story an approach a great way to have the reader apply their own ideas / experiences to the ones of the author. Great read!
"Great short summarization of what to do"
It is a story about a man sitting beside a successful entrepreneur in a plane ride. During the course of the flight the successful entrepreneur tell his story on how to become successful. It is some quite valuable lessons. I guess I have heard most of them before, but the idea of placing them so close together is quite interesting. It is a god way to put them all together.
One framework used in the book is to tie everything together is the phrase:
"A novel approach to self help"
Nice to hear the techniques learnt in other self help books put into a novel/story format. An easy listen. You will hear the same things you hear in other self help books. A bit of promotion at the end, but that's fine for a free book. well worth a listen.
