The voices in this dramatization are perfect. Timothy West is a fantastic Rumpole. Prunella Scales is perfect as Hilda Rumpole - all the voices are top notch. It's a great way to listen to Rumpole. I didn't want it to end!

"A Delight"
This is a dramatization--a BBC4 Radio production and it is super! I listened to it twice in a row because it was so charming and entertaining.

"Typical Rumpole which mean GREAT"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?I like the dramatized edition but not always!
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?Not really but that is not to be expected in a Rumpole.
