She's busy avoiding the witch-hunters who want her dead, and her only option is to go underground. And when the hunters spot Carson, he has to join her. Still, there are worse ways to pass the days than in seclusion with such a scrumptious man.
Before long their bedroom maneuvers make their previous affair seem G-rated. All too soon, however, they have to return to the real world, and the threat facing Lauren. Logically, she knows she should let Carson go. But how long can she go without hot sex?

I honestly write these reviews in a spirit of sharing and helpfulness. I have no idea why I always end up sounding so snotty...
"Yuck"
There is something terribly wrong with this novel but I can't put my finger on what exactly it is. Either the characters are completely uninteresting or the plot is pointlessly complex or the narrator has made too many very odd robotic choices for the characters or.... all of the above. Paranormal Romance is supposed to be fun as it can liberate the characters from normal human constraints but the characters here are more constrained than victorian virgins and the world imagined is very dull indeed.
"Don't Read It for the Story"
The reader was pretty good when not trying to do men's voices. As for the story, there were many holes - perhaps even the condom that one of the main characters managed to pull out of a wallet that had already been stolen from him.
"Thrilling"
This book was bewitching, lol.. absolutely loved it..
