Yes some great information about self care
Being an extrovert who needs reminders about self care the book was great, I think this book would be ESP. GREAT for any and all introverts.
This is uplifting and informative, as others have mentioned, but I hoped for something a little more useful for my own life. Even tho I am a female, I preferred the thoroughness of the info (and delivery) in Drop Dead Healthy by AJ Jacobs. Laughter is GREAT for your health, and he really made me laugh! That's more my style since I am more recalcitrant in my health practices.
The book was great. Helpful reminder that those who love to give can actually give more if we take the time to care for ourselves and be at our optimal level.
I found this audiobook a little too much of the expected. It was decent advice, but not much new in the way of insight or inspiration.
