Barrel racer Celia Lawson knows better than to tangle with bull rider Kyle Gilchrist. The sexy cowboy's love 'em and leave 'em ways have earned him a reputation on the rodeo circuit, and he's always seen her as his best friend's kid sister. But one wild tequila-fueled night later, and Celia wakes up to find out she's gotten herself hitched - to the one man she never should have married!
When Celia insists on an annulment, Kyle has no good reason to say no - except he isn't ready to let go of his new bride. Especially not after their incredible wedding night. But then Kyle inherits a sprawling Wyoming ranch, and seizes the opportunity to enlist Celia's help. She agrees to lend a hand - on two conditions. He's got six months to get up to speed as a rancher, then they'll get a divorce. And their marriage will be in name only.
Kyle gives in to Celia's demand, ready to prove to her he has what it takes to turn their one night rodeo into a lifetime of love.

Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude. My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are.........
"Loved the series, this is my favorite!!!!"
I so loved this series and will say this this one is my favorite of all. I loved the characters Kyle and Cella from the beginning and throughout the books, so the anticipation of Book 4 was high. Needless to say the author didn't disappoint.
The narrator was absolutely incredible with all four books...............!!! She absolutely made them even more enjoyable!!!!
"I love COWBOYS"
HOT, SWEET, AND FUN
How these two characters were friends and new each other well before becoming involved. It made me believe in their love story.
I'm southern and with the first novel I read in this series I was a bit put off by her narration since I tend to be bias as to how those from the sticks should sound but once coming into this last installment I became amused by her country drawl
How Kyle felt about being married to Celia, even though it was SUPPOSED to be a drunken mistake.
If you love cowboys for your chic-lit romances this series is for you! Do not miss out!
"Excellent Series-Please Write & Record More Books!"
The story was great. The knowledge of Celia as a rancher supporting Kyle as he learns.
While the opening might be a bit shaky for some (drunk & hitched in Vegas) I found it a fun beginning and it only got better from there.
Any of the others in the series.
Scarlet Chase is a great narrator - she gave each character his/her own voice & personality.
Oh yes and I'll be re-listening to this series soon and over and over.
Fantastic series!
NOTE: Adult themes and strong language
"What a great read!!"
She did a great job with the voices, gave everyone a personality
This was such a great series, I am going to miss my cowboy fix LOL
I've always been a avid reader so now I'm a avid listener. I prefer the paranormal genre but I do like to switch things up. It's boring if you don't have variety. Of course I do love the romance and the hotter the better. Also, you can't beat a good thriller filled with suspense and a ending you can't even guess at until the very end.
"Keeps on coming"
It's another good listen in this series. I just love all those sexy cowboys. I've enjoyed them all and think they are worth the credits. The characters are all lovable and all those sexy moments aren't so bad either.
I LOVE READING AND LISTENING TOO BOOK S, MY FAVE AUTHORS ARE MAYAN BANKS, LORELEI JAMES , AND I JUST STARTED READING VIVIAN AREND,
"LOVE STORY OF TWO HARD HEADED PEOPLE"
i really enjoyed the book so i will more than likey relisten to this title again
any of the other blacktop cowboy books ,
i like her slight souther draw makes me think of a real from the south cowboy
"Scarlet Chase Rocks this series"
the Narration was great. I laughed out loud
Saddled and Spurred.
The Wedding reception questions.
Yes
"cute story"
this was a cute book. The characters did everything i wanted them to do, which is rare in romance novels. I want the man to be a bit cave manish, but sweet and honest. I want the woman to be willing but not weak and just a little snarky. I enjoyed this book and will reread it in the future. I did not read the other books in the series and probably will not since they were discussed in this book.
