    "A sweet lady but no substance"
    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    The book has no academic merit. This simple secret described in a single word, "validation" is basic social work/therapy 101.
    Sorry, I would pass on this one!


    What was most disappointing about Brenda Trott’s story?

    A tiresome intro that went on forever until we finally hear "the secret". The book could have been written in a page.
