"Interesting thesis"
Very interesting point of view that I had never come across in my readings on the middle east and Islam. I am a Christian as is the author but found his slamming of Islam a little over the top at times. I have a huge respect for Islam and Muslims alike and although I can see the connections the author makes between the antichrist and the Islam messiah I found it annoying how he kept insisting he wasn't trying to bash Muslims yet kept apologizing for doing that very thing.
Overall a very interesting and compelling listen but there is a clear message he is sending to Christians and Jews...watch out for the terrible Muslims.7 of 8 people found this review helpful -
"This Is Not Fairy Tale"
The Bible * The Mahdi * The Koran * Islamic World Domination * Jesus Christ.* The End Times.
To say this book is a frightening read/ listen, is a mild statement.
I wonder how many Christians really know just what Muslims believe and teach.
The author has researched this with all due diligence.

"I Did Not Expect Or Want A Sermon"
What did you like best about The Islamic Antichrist? What did you like least?I was intrigued by the title. However, I was soon disappointed when the author began sermonizing. Eventually he became more informative. However, in the last portion of the book, he sermonized some more. If you want to hear a couple of so-so sermons then buy this book. However, if you are expecting solid information, then try something else.If I knew what the book was really about I would not have spent the money or waisted so much of my time.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)It was more of a sermon than an ending.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Richard Powers?It would not have made a differance.
Was The Islamic Antichrist worth the listening time?Not so much.
