"Best series since the Womens Murder Club."
I love the series. I cannot wait until the next one. It has outstanding story lines and unique characters. Never a dull moment. Must read!
"Great Listen"
Exciting, Edge of your Seat
great characters and inflection
YES !!!!!!
"PRIVATE should be PUBLIC!"
PRIVATE by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro is a wonderful, engaging book. Scott Shepherd is a top-notch narrator!
"Left Hanging"
Characters are always a plus and this set is are a great fit
Lost plot, which was the main plot or theme...
Keeps interested, and looking around the corners.
No place to run, no place to hide, Private #1 Suspect
"Great listen for a long drive !!"
I purchased this book to assist in a 24 hour drive to Colorado, It kept me awake!!
"Excellent ... I love the inter-personnal relation"
Easy 'reading' ! Good suspence !
I would like to compare the style to Perry O'Shaunessy books.
Scott gives a good performance, easy to listen.
I do not think it is material for a film.
"Good but not great"
Perhaps, but I generally do not re-listen to books.
The story had numerous twists and turns which kept the readers interest. The plots were predictable, however.
Busting the van filled with drugs out of the warehouse.
No extreme reactions. I enjoyed the book but it wasn't a life changer.
I like James Patterson's writing but this wasn't his best. Not bad, but not his best.
"Private is back"
Outstanding book..........can't wait for the next one. Maybe they will visit one of thier overseas
branches
sports announcer, cyclist, enjoys to travel and the outdoors.
"A good book 2"
i was find with book 2 except they used another narrator, which makes it harder especially if you go right from book 1 to book 2. Otherwise I like it. Even though it was easy to see guess who the bad guy was early on in the book
"Pretty Good Listen"
I really liked the introduction of Jinx Poole, a potential new love interest
I wasn't crazy about the narration - something about his voice wasn't very convincing
I suppose
Nope
The story didn't have a lot of context to it. You needed to remember the murder victim from a prior book. Likewise, the reason for the long standing beef between Jack and his twin Tommy was glossed over in explanation.. Just not alot there to motivate me to pick up another in this series tho i probably will
