This is a practical and yet inspiring guide to working with your mind in order to developing inner and outer harmony. There's no new-age music or nature sounds on this audiobook, which takes a solidly traditional approach to the teaching of these ancient techniques - just Bodhipaksa's gentle voice guiding you as you learn to work creatively with your own mind.
This title teaches three key practices. The Mindfulness of Breathing will help you to develop more calmness and peace of mind through paying attention to the breath; the Development of Loving-kindness will help you to develop a more positive attitude to yourself and others; and the practice of Walking Meditation is a powerful method of bringing awareness into daily life.

"Wonderful"
A great book to get the feel of meditation for the first time. I have tried to meditate on my own and with this book it has helped me breakthrough and move in a positive direction.
"Best Guided Meditation I've Heard"
The actual guided meditation on this book is wonderful - the program is well thought out and very effective. The narrator's voice works well with the material.
I've used this program before bed and on plane trips, and it's perfect for relaxing in either setting.
"Want peace? Get this!"
Bodhi Paksa's calming voice transmits such tranquility, serenity and kindness, that I feel deeply affected (in the best way..) every time I listen to it. He has the ability to guide me into deep relaxation, acceptance and peace, and he transmit his message in a way that it appears new and fresh and moving every time. I am so happy I got this!!!! It helps me alot. THANK YOU BODHI PAKSA :D
"LOVE it!"
I like the fact that there is no music to find yourself liking or disliking. The words are clear, the practice is easy and the results are wonderful.
"Great for beginners meditation"
Use this multiple times per week. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a meditation guide.
"Not so good ..."
This was the first meditation CD I used that didn't have music in the background, and I was excited to begin. However, I was quickly disappointed. It was very dull. I found myself nodding off to sleep even though I was sitting straight up in a chair.
"Have had better"
Not interested in what she has to say. Not relative.
Probably not
What she had to say
Question not relative.
