Imagine. Believe. Achieve.
Many self-help books offer a lot of new age platitudes and sappy mantras:
Just love yourself.
See the glass as half full.
Believe it and it will come.
Really? That’s not how it works, and you know it. A lifetime’s worth of struggle is not overturned in a small moment of positive thinking. But if you have the right attitude - attitude and skills - you can and will accomplish anything and everything you want. This book gives you both, attitude and action. By its end, you will have all the tools you need to change your life. No hype. No false promises. You will learn to:
Forget surviving; it’s your time to thrive. You do have the ability and potential to achieve unlimited health, wealth, and happiness. Getting there won’t all be easy - nothing worthwhile ever is - but take this journey and your life will change dramatically. Your possibilities are unlimited, and your life is waiting for you to break free and claim it.

If your willing to put in the work this book is going to push you in the right direction.
Any time a book starts off by saying it's not your 'average self help book' you know your in for an average self help book with re-hashed info. This started that way and quickly changed, this isn't a book that you can read and get a few ideas from. You have to be willing to put in some work and after that you will find yourself in a better place. I will admit there are a few spots I glazed over, but overall I was quite impressed with the delivery and structure along with the exercises included.
Well worth the read, I actually bought the hard copy for my wife to read (she doesn't like audiobooks lol)
*I'm a real person who writes real reviews on the books I get, if you don't believe me, check out my other reviews :) Thanks for reading
I love Jillian from "The Biggest Loser", but was hesitant to buy this audiobook because I wasn't sure how her energy would translate to this format. Was I pleasantly surprised! She's an exceptional narrator; her intonation and inflection are flawless - I've worked as a professional voice talent for 20+ years and am a critical listener - and her passion is genuine. A certain A+, I'm enjoying her work immeasurably. Thanks Jillian!
Jillian's approach is clear. In the end, you have to discover yourself and she surely shows you how. I listen to this book on my way home, to work, at work and sometimes when I can at home. It is certainly made an impact on how I am looking at my glass of half empty or full. Plus hearing her voice has a way of making you believe that you can be...unlimited.
I love this book, it is wonderfully narrated by Jillian. I also want to say that i saw a review that complained about the journal not being included with the audio book, well Jillian clearly give our her website and you can download it for free from there! I love it!
SO INSPIRATIONAL! I've been telling all my friends about this book. I just finished listening to it once and plan on going back and starting over from the beginning. She goes through each step so clearly and concisely. I can't say enough good things about this book.
I love this book! Jillian puts so much passion and excitement into her reading. She is so smart and the things she says are so right. She will motivate you to live an exceptional life and change your bad behaviors. No excuses any more.
VERY in-your-face listening and sooooo well worth it! Love Jillian's brutal honesty. Reality never had it so good! She makes gaining control of your life in all areas paramount. Basic message...step up or step aside!
It seems like this is just another self help the author book, meaning they are using the name to make more money or fame what ever. She tells you go to to her web site, okay fine, I did and to see some things she wants $4 a week. That adds up and after buying this book, why not have a spot just for the book readers? I am not interested in her advice on diet and health, I have that down already, but I agree with her view that it is all connnected.
So far not a bad book but nothing new here. A bit of Robbins, a dash of Larry Winget and a lot of Jillian is what you get. She let you decide how to use her advice and she makes some good points. I guess after working/ reading what ever you want to call it a lot of these types of books there isn't anything new out there.
This was a very direct and concise self-actualization audiobook. She gives lots of great information in every chapter. It was quite incredible. The only negative thing I have to say about it, is that she does blame every 'unfortunate' situation on the person involved in it. Example: Pet insurance is not something most people purchase - as it rarely pays out AND people can get tooth problems and need root canals even if they brush their teeth properly. Not every negative event is brought on by the person themselves.
