"Really"
Okay sometimes the things we find out about loved ones can completely leave you wondering whether or not you knew that person at all and then on those heals asking yourself who were they really and was anything that I know was it true. This is the case as in this story. One of the main characters has to truly struggle through the maze of deception and deceit left behind while trying to move on. A good romance about healing.
"Haven't finished listening to it..."
I'm not too excited about this story. I haven't listened to the whole thing and am not in a hurry to get back to it.

"Just "Average" Desserts"
Yes it was time well spent, but the story line was too predictable. The romance was
Of course, I love Brenda Jackson and have already downloaded three other books!
Savannah Richards was a good narrator and I loved her voice inflection.
Probably download it but not necessarily go out to a theater to view it; then again, we don't spend money on going out to see movies anyway.
"Could have done more..."
Brenda creates great characters but for some reason she sells herself short by under developing them. I would have like to see the story begin during the deception phase by the husband. I would like to get into the mind of someone who would do such a thing. Also I felt like I didnt learn a lot about the other wives. Savannah is one of my favorite narrators but she does not have the voice to represent black characters. In my mind I made the characters white until Brenda described them and I had to chuckle.

"It was OK"
It was Ok...could've had more of a storyline. But if you're a Brenda Jackson fan (such as myself) it's good for a short love story.
