The greatest minds and the greatest money makers in the world of real estate investing are all assembled here. And so is their wisdom, their methods, and their years of winning.
The only thing better than one real-estate expert helping you invest and win is 20 real-estate experts with that same mission.
Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, has assembled in one big book a star-studded cast of real-estate experts and trusted advisors with one purpose in mind: to share their knowledge and help you win in real estate.
Robert Kiyosaki's team of experts show you how to value a property, handle leases, manage tenant relationships, attain financing, establish your own team of advisors, and so much more.

"AWESOME CONTENT!!! delivery..."
The content on the audio book was thorough and very well thought out. The purposeful sequencing and pacing is extremely versatile and helpful.
delivery...wanted more crisp clear voices...less smoker throat...or would be a FIVE star.
"heavy going, hard to work through"
In his first book since the break up with his busines spartner Robert shows that he was the brains behind the business and the deals... but didn't do the editing of his string of books!!
These tomes lack the directness, cohesiveness and fun value of his past works. While they really do contain a wealth of information they are exceptionally heavy going to wade through all of them.
Possibly a far better reference in print, for page turning etcetera, and possibly even best as a text book in training courses.
"The real Book of Real Estate"
I like the content of the book really much. I am applying Kiyosaki`s principles to my new real estate business. I rather have an option to download to MP3 directly, so I can easily play it in my car while driving.
"Vanity Fair"
This is not a book, it is mereley a compilation of self-promotion articles of the author's buddies.
"Great but..."
Really good book for those starting out in real estate or intermediate skill level. I wish it was a bit better organized - at times the order of the experts seems random. It's great that you get to hear the perspectives of many different types of experts - CPAs, lawyers, property managers, and even interior designers. The Donald Trump chapter, while a nice bonus, was really weak and contained very little substance. Also, some of the experts promote their own stuff a bit more than is comfortable (most of them are good about this, but some repeat their book name a few times). Overall, good buy. Won't be disappointed.
"Very Informative"
This book provides a wealth of knowledge. It is true you probably need both the audio version and the book. It is jammed packed with lots of helpful information.
"Read the second half first"
Extremely extensive but first half tends to be theoretical and dry
Second half becomes much more hands on and engaging
...flip the order
"The real story on real estate investing"
I have not read the print version, but I like the audio version because I can listen to it while I work or do other things.
The book has inspired me to take the steps needed to invest in the real estate market. The time is ripe to make money following the guidelines and avoiding the pitfalls mentioned in the book.
"Bland Read"
This book was 3 seperate books when it could have been shortened to one. There was some interesting info in about half the chapters and tax law and who to surround yourself with. Other chapters were filled with obvious information like "Choose real estate in a good location". I found myself swithing away from the book at times and skippin whole chapters. The narrators read the book like monotone robots and it made me tired while listening. It was good, not great.
"Very usefull informations"
Different angels on realestate investing, and information from people who actually invest in realestate. It gave me a more complete picture on the subject realestate investing.
