Publisher's Summary

Kate Hardesty had inherited a dream: a pile of mysterious charts and notebooks, mapping the way to sunken treasure. Determined to complete her late father's explorations, she returned to the island where she grew up, and hired deep-sea diver Ky Silver - the man she'd left behind four years ago. But working with Ky meant more than searching for gold...it meant finding a priceless treasure Kate hadn't been looking for.

    "Good Book"

I liked the book but they really need to have a male speak the male parts!! It kinda makes it hard to listen to when you hear a deep womans voice for the male. Other than that it was a good book to listen too. Just change have a male and female read the book.

"Light and breezy with no untimely deaths!"

I love Nora's books, but get tired of their usually including a murder or other violence. Hence, I looked for one of her earlier books and found it (no pun intended) in Treasures Lost, Treasures Found. It was originally released in 1986 so it doesn't have the rich characters and twisting plot of her later works, but is a delightful listen if all you want to do is sit back and smile. The story of Kate and Ky hunting for lost treasure moves along swiftly and is a nice backdrop to the love story. Since it's an earlier work, the focus is much more on the characters' thoughts and yearning in almost stereotypical Harlequin Romance style. However, this is Nora Roberts, so I was drawn into the story and genuinely cared about the characters. The narrator was pretty good, not great. Her voices were different enough to know which character was speaking, but her delivery often betrayed that she hadn't read ahead, and felt a bit off at times. All in all, a good solid story with a narrator who doesn't grate.

    "Poor Naration"

This Audio Book is plagued by less than stellar, sing song, narration. The story is fairly straight forward and totally predictable. If you're looking for a time killer with nothing spectacular to offer, this is the audio recording for you.
