Good info to know trying to implement for gluten free diet and better health.
Dr. Davis takes all the myriad details of human chemistry, biology, anatomy and metabolism and sifts it down into everyday language that anyone can understand. Plus, he puts is all together in a neat package of 30 minutes. Tells you everything you need to know to actually DO this.
Love it when we can bypass all the prequel, and get to the point. Especially with regard to a topic like this one. Bravo!

Some books I have heard parts of several tim es, which isdifferent from reading abook, and really opens my mind to different aspects of characters and the setting.
Both well presented,and helped me to make a decision to omit modern wheat from my diet. I have lost weight,and feel less bloated.
Possibly only need one of the books.
