"Funny and heartfelt"
What did you love best about Knit One, Pearl One?I love British humor and this book really delivered.
Who was your favorite character and why?The story is told first-person by the main character,Jo. She is funny and honest. Her kids drive her crazy but she can't imagine life without them.
What about Jilly Bond’s performance did you like?The narrator did a fabulous job!
If you could take any character from Knit One, Pearl One out to dinner, who would it be and why?The books ensemble of characters really work well. They are all well written and make a great read. I want to go to one of the many picnics or parties they are always having and meet them all!
Any additional comments?I got this book for the knitting aspect of it. But I loved it because of its warmth and humor.
