"A true life learning experience"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?This is the best book about management I've ever read. It is very "authentic":). Rather than another dry textbook with theories and advice, it is written as fiction and allows you to literally become Justin and live his experiences. Great for new managers and those who have been on the job for years but want to improve. The author has an amazing understanding of human dynamics and his love for group process and leadership enhancement is clear throughout the book. The journal and work book are a great addition. Excellent narration, very clear and entertaining.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Mondays at 3?The realization that "I've been there, done that".

"A Management Guide"
I enjoyed this witty book. It’s a guide for new managers that is written in a format of business fable. I listened to it twice and jotted down numerous valuable and practical advices that I can apply in my daily activity. The book is very easy to follow and the narration is one of the best I’ve listened. If you like the Patrick Lencioni’s style, you’ll find this book interesting.

"Good listen"
Where does Mondays at 3 rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?I enjoyed the book, the authors revelations of characters in conflict and why is insightful.
The author attempts to remind the reader that both managers and employees are human, with emotions, inner conflict and issues.
