"Didn't even make half way through"
What disappointed you about Star Wars: Red Harvest?It was just boring and gross. I've read every Star Wars book in the last 20 years. Always loved them, but this was the worst. This is just horrible.
What could Joe Schreiber have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?His inflection was all wrong. Sounded mono-tone. Sounded like one of those automated answering service like the customer service lines use. There were too many times where there would be
How did the narrator detract from the book?He didn't have a lot to work w/, so I don't think he detracted too much.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Star Wars: Red Harvest?I would cut the entire book, it just should never have been written as Star Wars book.
Any additional comments?I made it to chapter 19 and just stopped, it was too bad to continue. Come on George, what were you thinking allowing them to publish this junk within your universe? I never thought it was necessary to read reviews on Star Wars novels, they’re just so fun and relaxing. Won’t make that mistake again. Can’t believe I spent this months credit on this horrible book.

If you liked "Death Troopers" you'll probably love this book, but below average compared most Star Wars books.

"THE WORST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ!!!"
What would have made Star Wars: Red Harvest better?Title the book
What was most disappointing about Joe Schreiber’s story?The all concept of mixing Zombies with an Star Wars world is just bad. I had to spend 15 minutes on a background story for a new character that will not be relevant or would die 1 minute after finishing his background story, what is the point?
Also the all contamination system is just bad and is not consistent. In addition to first classic dump zombies, then smart lightsaber handler, and tactic group attackers, to get back to dump brute force zombies again. State the rules of your zombie world and stick to it, but BE CONSISTENT!!
Which character – as performed by John Glover – was your favorite?The droid is the online from the Star Wars world

Any additional comments?This is by far the worst book I have ever read, it is sad to see how cheap the Star Wars brand has become!!

"The worst Star Wars book!"
What disappointed you about Star Wars: Red Harvest?The Star Wars univers did not need a zombie book. The story was written badly. It seemed the story was just made up in a hurry to fill the zombie niche. I was very disappointed in this book and annoyed I wasted a credit on it.
Has Star Wars: Red Harvest turned you off from other books in this genre?NO! I have read every Star Wars book and will continue to as long as they write them.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?He did a fine job reading the material given him.

"Creepy"
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?Not really. This book was an ok follow up to death troopers, but lacked the oomph that the first one had.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?It was interesting to learn the origins of the plaugue and having several intelligent plants was very unique.
What does John Glover bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Excellent use of voices, especially the the Neti.
Did Star Wars: Red Harvest inspire you to do anything?Not become a Sith acolyte.
Any additional comments?Not my favorite bit of EU, but not bad overall.

"One of the worst Star Wars stories..."
This is nothing but garbage, no real plot, but just an attempt at being horribly gross...not worth even $1.00.

"I thought the title started with Star Wars?????"
What disappointed you about Star Wars: Red Harvest?Hey Joe, just because someone grabs a lightsaber, doesn't make it a Star Wars story. If you wanted to write a zombie novel, write a zombie novel. What a waste of a good credit. Thank goodness I didn't actually waste a couple dozen bucks on this fraud.
Has Star Wars: Red Harvest turned you off from other books in this genre?Not so much the genre, but I'll never waste another good credit on one of Joe Schreiber's books. Sorry dude, this was painful.
How did the narrator detract from the book?I've always loved John Glover's acting and think its so awful that some jerk conned him into narrating this story. His narrating didn't detract at all from the book, the writing detracted from this book.
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?Amazement that anyone at Lucas' company would have ever agreed to allow this to be published, I want to know who got paid off...
Any additional comments?Star Wars fans, there are so many wonderful writers out there who have penned wonderful stories but believe me when I tell you...this IS NOT one of those.

"Star Wars Zombies???"
Would you try another book from Joe Schreiber and/or John Glover?I'll try it but no zombies. Zombies are a dumb fad I believe does not belong in the Star Wars universe.
What could Joe Schreiber have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?I didn't mind this flower re-animating a corpse, but once the eating of others happened, I was done.
What about John Glover’s performance did you like?He is a great performance for the material.
