"Actually a good book for guys too"
I'm not sure why they target girls for this book, because half of it is a guy telling how he got over his own breakups. This book is equally good for guys. I just got out of a 3 year relationship and even though I was the one that ended it I was still feeling pretty down (this is called dumpers remorse in the book). This audio actually made me feel quite a bit better about ending things. I think the other reviewer is mistaken, and am pretty sure this version of the book is in fact read by the authors.
"It helps"
It is nice to listen to book. It can bring everyone back to reality and that is what you need when you just broke up. Otherwise just try and you will see it for yourself.
"Good advice"
Not earth shattering new info, but logical and well presented. Very helpful reminders on how to stop thinking and tormenting yourself about "you know who". Basically - It's not worth keeping a jerk who can be happy being apart from you, while you suffer for them. That's not how genuine love works. THEY DON'T LOVE YOU, or perhaps never did. Real love is an unselfish emotion. It wants their partner to be happy, because this is what makes THEM happy. Real love does not leave you alone with the flu.
"book is great.. but"
Its misleading.. the authors did NOT read this version so it sounds a little wooden.. but the info is very helpful.. even if you already know it, sometimes you just need to hear it again
