Lizzie Engel is used to running away. At 18, she left her Mennonite hometown, Kingdom, Kansas, with plans never to return. But five years later, the new life she built is falling apart. "Agonizing narration"
What did you like best about Inescapable? What did you like least?Great story, but the whining voices of the narration were painfully awful. In particular, the child, who never spoke in a normal tone of voice, but most character's voices were loud and whiney. Unfortunately, even though I'd love to 'read' Book 2, I will not purchase it if this same narrator is reading the story. I thought perhaps it was just me and so passed it on without comment -alas they found the same thing.

"Great book!"
What did you love best about Inescapable?It is an honest believable story with a good message.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Inescapable?The most memorable of this book was to see that a person can change when he truely experiences the Love of God.
Which scene was your favorite?The part where Lizzy's mother made a choice to not accept the behaviour of her husband any longer.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?Yes
