Candice Dow has won over audiences everywhere with steamy fiction that zips along with an irresistible impulse. In Off the Chain, London Reed settles for a job as a dog walker after she can’t get into veterinary school. To give her a shot in the arm, her mother lands her a position working under investment banker William Thorne - who soon has her tasting all of life’s pleasures as a high-priced call girl.

"Off the Chain could have had more "SIZZLE""
Yes, I would. The story line is something that young ladies could benefit learning from.
My favorite character was London although there were times throughout the story when she worked my nerves. I was like-London--GET A CLUE!
I didn't have a "favorite" character performed by her. She read all of the characters in the same tone. It wasn't hard to follow along but more emphasis could have been put on different characters, in order to bring the book to "life."
A follow-up book would be nice. I would love to see what happens to London and Clyde and also whether or not Thorne gets his just deserts. Without the FBI protection, will London be able to live a "happy" life after fleeing the witness protection program?
I enjoy Candice Dow books, so I will not be throwing this off the shelf yet. I willl eventually read this title again in order to give it a fresh view.
