When the Stone family take an Easter holiday in Romania, Judy and Paul are very bored - until they find a tiny vampire under a stone near Count Dracula’s castle. Not only is the vampire very small, he is also a vegetarian with dreams of starring in horror films.
Vlad persuades Judy and Paul to smuggle him back to London, and the children decide to keep him a secret in case he gets put in a museum or the zoo. But a vampire left on his own all day can get terribly bored and find all kinds of mischief to pass the time....

"a mediocre book"
Although my children enjoyed this book, I found it very mediocre. Not horrible, just bland and a little lackluster. there wasn't a lot of tension in the story. But perhaps we're just spoiled, having listened to so many other truly wonderful children's book from audible.
