"I once was blind but now I see...."

I had the pleasure of being trained by Ken and Margie Blanchard. I am humbled to know that God has put so much information and COMPASSION into two people. I'm currently attending the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University. This is one of my text books and the holy grail regarding servant leadership...A must have...

I'm a mom. I have drama in my life. I don't want books with the F-bomb, nor graphic violence. I read for fun and to bring my family together. I read for reducing stress levels. We have never had a television in our home and our children are now mid twenties to 19. We listen together and look for belly-wrenching laughter. So what is it like to live without a TV? Awesomely educational and inspirational. Each new book is a marvel.

"Good book, good audio, a new perspective"

I have listened to this book and found many good examples. I took my listening device on a recent personal trip that did not go well. This book had me looking at my own job, and my trip, in a different light. My perspective has changed.

I will listen again and again. The content and narration were REALLY that powerful.

    "Practical guidance"

A nice break from fable format often used by Blanchard. Full of practical and factual guidance for improving all aspects of leadership including self and staff development, and principles of situational leadership.

"The perfect summary of Blanchard's insight"
Would you listen to Leading at a Higher Level again? Why?

This is a wonderful collection of Blanchards works, sewn together into a mentoring session. Having been introduced to Blanchard some 20 or more years ago and read nothing of his since, this work is both reflective and refreshing.

This is good summary of nearly every leadership and management concept/product that Blanchard & co have come up with in the last 30 years.
