"The P. I. Series on Audio"
I read or listen-to romance fiction to escape the realistic realm of everyday life. That is, in essence, the definition of romance FICTION. Lori Foster's series of books including the colorful characters Dane, Angel, Mick, Alec, Celia, Josh and more are sensual and heart-warming reads/listens for that hour or two each day of mindless enjoyment. Start with "Beguiled" then "Wanton" which wasn't the best of the series, "Caught in the Act", "Uncovered", "Treat Her Right" and "Mr. November". If there are more of the Dane Carter P.I. books, I will be forced to read rather than listen to them. I enjoyed them all.
""what..""
I don't think anything in this book was believable .. not even slightly . A woman who mistakenly trusted a man who's family she was afraid of...that dies and his twin comes who she is also scared of but doesn't know it cause she didn't know he had a twin...but then when she finds out doesn't care (!&!*&^!) Some books are better with sad outcomes.. this would have been one. I mean disgusting! Sounds like a bad porn One woman two brothers...IF you like strong women and passion without relation don't get this book save your credits or money....
"Only so so"
I would try another Lori Foster book but will avoid Zoe Winslow.
Very predictable.
It just sounded like she was reading from a script. She sounded very fake.
No. The story was completed.
"OK. but so wrong.."
The story was entertaining, unbelievable as others have mentioned. Foster obviously has never breastfed and she is ignorant of (or wants her characters to be) genetics--twins never run on the fathers' side. And the guy would have been drenched in real life (if you've breastfed you know what I mean). I don't expect these novels to be science lessons, but I also hope they'll be idiot-free.
