      "Great book, but..."

      This is a great book but has been poorly cut down. It has been "abridged" too much; and the top quality audio is unsatisfactory. It is still a great simple book nonetheless. If you enjoy other John Maxwell's stuffs, you will enjoy this one too.

      "a must read for every pastor"
      Would you consider the audio edition of Developing the Leader Within You to be better than the print version?

      Depends in a written version you can easy access points that you may highlight. the audio you have to find it through fast forwarding etc....


      What other book might you compare Developing the Leader Within You to and why?

      I can only compare it to the 21 irrefutable law which are companion books you have to read both to understand leadership

      The book was fantastic, but the audio was terrible for many chapters. I don't know if this was a problem for Audible or the publisher.

      Nice book on leadership. I think I prefer John Maxwell's writing over his audible reading but it was easy to listen to, good information.
