    "Awesome Zombie Story!!"
    Any additional comments?

This is one of my top zombie series. I am always listening to 2 or 3 books at any given time. I know a book has moved to the top of my favorites list when I do not want to change to another book every other chapter. The only bad thing about it is that the author did the same thing he did with book one-the cliffhanger. The book ended in the middle of the story.

    "wow what a stinker !"

only got about 1.5 hours into it and shut it off
couldn't take all the I's and MY's there had to be 1000 of them just in that short time
the author gave it a good try but sorely needs experience writing not even close to people like Child and Preston or Russinovich and I think this is a weird kind of zombie story but never got into it far enough to be sure
personally I won't buy this author again
the narrator was weak at best didn't add anything to the story like a good narrator would do
I am disappointed in it usually put with alot to get into the book but this one well it's a
    STINKER!

    "Bad and boring"
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The authors 1st book in this series was better. This book spent way way too much time telling me about hair, eye color, how people felt, kissed, etc etc. Tons of detail about holding hands, facial expressions .... this is usually good to a degree but do I really want to know EVERYONE'S EYE COLOR or discuss and ponder ad nauseam about a woman's facial scar and have it described in great detail again and again.

The author was overly descriptive of the scenes and people and very light on the action. A huge war was fought between rival groups between the 1st and 2nd books but this was was glossed over. Instead I got to listen to how sore the protagonist was and how his girlfriends freckles were "cute"....it went on forever

I could make a drinking game about how many times he used the word "flesh". This was frequent and irritating.

The actions and decisions of the protagonists were just too stupid. I could barely finish it and I love these types of books.

Would you ever listen to anything by Steven Pajak again?

    Nope

What does Bernard Setaro Clark bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator was pretty good. I liked him.

Well written, well narrated. Like the characters. But this is a transition book. The survivors decide they need to move on. So they start moving on. Guess I'll be waiting for the next installment.

I listened to this not expecting much and it didn't disappoint. I was in between good books and I needed a light read. This fit the bill
