It was a little a hard to understand the speaker at times, but enjoyed his accents.

"Don't love the narrator"
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?I don't know if we'll finish it. I got it to listen with my kids who usually love listening to books. However, the uneducated language along with the authors style of reading makes it pretty difficult for them to follow. This is a classic story that I love but I guess my kids just weren't ready for it!
What didn’t you like about Jim Donaldson’s performance?Just don't love the twang in his voice, I know he's trying to work with the story but I'd rather just listen to a normal voice.
